Sexual Harassment Committee is to prevent and redress incidents of sexual harassment while promoting gender equality and dignity for all. The committee works to:

1. Provide a safe and confidential mechanism for addressing grievances.
2. Educate the college community about appropriate conduct and harassment prevention.
3. Ensure compliance with legal frameworks, including the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.
